Outline of Human Vigilance Software System
The Human Vigilance System includes several products that assess the capacity of operators to interface effectively with technology systems. Assessing key competencies required for effective operation of these systems, each product measures abilities that are almost impossible to assess using any other technique other than on the job trials. Products include:
The Surveillance and Monitoring Assessment Exercise (SAMAE) for in-depth evaluation and effective placement of CCTV operators.
Observer (Observation Skills Screening Exercise) for screening and shortlisting of CCTV operator applicants, and the placement of personnel in behaviour intensive surveillance roles including policing, floor security (eg., casinos and hotels), guarding operations, and VIP protection services where effective observation skills are essential.
AXIS-911l for the placement and training of emergency operators in 911, police, fire, ambulance control rooms.
The installation of these packages first requires the installation of the System Management and Control program, followed by the package you have purchased, and then the support drivers and files. This is detailed in the Installation procedure.
