About Leaderware Assessments
The unique Leaderware assessment platform is used to assess Human Factors in a range of relevant industries and situations.
Applications include aviation security, CCTV operators in various security environments, and other settings requiring surveilance and monitoring skills.

The Founders
With a core team and group of expert associates, Leaderware staff are comprised of qualified professionals who are well recognised in their fields. Besides product development, they consult in their speciality areas and a number of them have university lecturing experience. They have a number of publications behind them, as well as a contributing editor role on human factors for a national security magazine.
The original founders of Leaderware, are still closely involved with the company today.
Dr. Craig Donald
Founder CEO, and head of Training
Craig is a registered Industrial Psychologist with a Phd from Cape Town University. He has published extensively and presented various papers in the area of Human factors in the security industry.
Jan Boeyens
Founder and head of Research and Development
Jan has a master's degree from Unisa and has over 27 years of experience in Psychometric Test and software development.
