Samae

Samae is a comprehensive and general assessment of human vigilance. It's applicability ranges accross industries and disparate milues.
Samae evaluates the capacity of personnel to perform effectively and consistently. SAMAE allows you to select and place the right operators to ensure that your surveillance technology and systems are used optimally and fulfill their purpose. Already used for assessing and selecting surveillance personnel in a number of high risk operations, SAMAE should be an essential part of any surveillance operation.

ScanX

ScanX is used worldwide in the aviation industry for the selection and placement of x-ray screeners. ScanX has been extensively researched and in a study by QinetiQ on behalf of the United Kingdom Department for transport, was established as the best predictor of screener performance in airports and one of only two reviewed that actually worked. In addition, ScanX results have been shown to be unaffected by extraneous factors such as gender, cultural group or age.

ScreenX

ScreenX is a pre-screening tool that can be used in conjuction with both Samae and ScanX. It has a quick administration time, the results correlate with those of the other two systems, and the applicant can be tested remotely - without the need for a Test admnistrator to be present. The ScreenX system allows you to nominate candidates (using an email address), who can then do a self-assessment using a web browser on a PC, a Mac, or any tablet with an adequate display. It therefore allows you to sift through large amounts of applicants and to only invite those that have scored above a certain level on ScreenX for final testing on either ScanX or Samae.
